    There are two ways to treat the heating energy-saving equipment of the electroplating plant:

    1st. Direct heating:

    Features: stainless steel, pure titanium, Teflon and other heat exchangers are used to directly heat the tank liquid, automatic temperature control, no heat exchange temperature difference, and average temperature.

    Before electroplating, high temperature local heating can save about 50% energy,

    After electroplating, nickel plating and alkali copper heating can save about 70% energy.

    It is applicable to electroplating processing plants with large tank solution such as gantry line and annular line

    2. Indirect heating method:

    Characteristics: The hot water in the heat storage tank is heated by the heat pump host, and then the hot water is heated by the serpentine titanium tube placed in the tank,

    The temperature controller controls the switch of the water pipe solenoid valve to control the temperature. There is a heat exchange temperature difference, which can provide centralized heating.

    Energy saving is about 50%.

    It is suitable for electroplating plants with small bath solution and more energy-saving bath for electroplating heating, such as manual line and continuous plating line.

    Analysis of indirect heating treatment plan

    Working logic:

    The electroplating heating energy-saving heat pump unit is used to heat the water in the heat storage tank to 70 ℃, and the hot water flows through the serpentine titanium tube in the tank to heat the tank liquid. A temperature control box is installed on each heating tank, and the temperature controller controls the switch of the pipeline solenoid valve and the automatic timing switch.

    When the temperature is lower than the set temperature, the solenoid valve opens. When the temperature is higher than the set temperature, the solenoid valve is closed.

    Because the hot water circulating pump needs to work continuously, and when the solenoid valves of the heating tank are all closed, or most of them are closed, the water pressure in the process of treatment will increase, and a bypass pipe will be installed on the main water pipeline to dredge the water pressure.
